OwnerClimb is operated by Global Point Services LLC, a Texas LLC ("we"). We work with one business at a time as a growth partner: a free growth report, a short call, a $500 audit, and ongoing growth work.
What we collect
- Contact details: name, business name, email, phone.
- For the free growth report: your website and public information about your business (for example listings and reviews), plus anything you tell us.
- For the audit and growth work: business information and financials you choose to share. We ask you to send financials only through the secure channel we provide. Please do not send health information, Social Security numbers, or full card or bank numbers.
- Billing: handled by our payment processor (for example, Stripe).
- Our website: we don't use analytics tools or cookies; our host keeps basic server logs.
How we use it
Only to deliver and bill for our services, keep required records, meet legal obligations, and prevent abuse. We keep business information you share confidential.
We do not sell personal or business information.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us deliver the services (for example hosting, email and payment providers), bound to use it only for that; and authorities when the law requires.
How long we keep data
- Client business data (report, audit and growth-work information): we keep it only as long as needed for the work. We delete it within 12 months after the engagement ends, or sooner if the client asks in writing, except where the law requires us to keep it.
- Client account and billing records: 7 years.
Your choices
Email hello@ownerclimb.com to see or delete your information. We reply within 30 days and delete it on request, except records we must keep by law (such as billing records).

We use reasonable measures, including encryption in transit and limited access. No system is perfectly secure.
Children
